By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
We do not store your financial information (credit/debit card numbers)
We are registered for VAT in the UK (VAT registration number GB103311287) and the current rate of VAT of 20% is applied to all items, a breakdown of this cost will be provided on the purchase reciept given by Paypal. For telephone orders a VAT reciept may be requested within 14 days of your purchase.
There is no extra charge for cutting to the shape of a template or to a customers required size (some sizes may require a template).
We try to have the stock available at all times but this is not always possible. Should there be a delay with your order we shall telephone or e-mail giving you an estimated delivery date. Should you not accept the delivery date you will receive a refund of your payment.
We try to get the goods delivered within 3 working days. This is the time before we will place the goods on one of the carriers. However we are closed during public holidays and weekends and normally between Christmas and New Year.
Apart from APO/BFPO addresses we do not accept PO BOX numbers as addresses.
We hope that you will be pleased with our products. Should you have a complaint please feel free to e-mail or call us. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and do our best to resolve the problem.
Standard Items: Should your order be unsuitable in any way simply return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund. (We can not arrange collection nor pay the post or carriage for returns). Goods must be in a perfect unused condition with their original packaging. Your payment will be refunded as soon as we receive the items back. Please return the goods with the dispatch note that was sent with the goods.
Bespoke Items: We can not accept returns of bespoke items unless they are defective in some way beyond our normal working tolerances. A colour difference is not a defect. We strongly suggest that you request a sample piece before ordering a design.
Please note that all of our products are made to a manufacturing tolerance which in most cases is within 1-2%. If you are unsure of whether this will be suitable for your requirements we suggest that you take this tolerance into account and order oversized to compensate for this.
If an item is damaged in transit please reject the delivery and inform us within 7 days.
Shortages must be reported immediately. If not reported within 7 days from delivery we can not send replacements.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
We will, at our discretion, provide a small sample piece of our products for genuine requests. We reserve the right not to send out sample pieces.
